LifeCase & LifeApp Add Video

Found this, thought I'd share. Although I am pretty sure this is just an idea the concept is pretty cool.

I found a cell phone case at the dollar store. It is a cheap and convenient way to carry your pump! Sometimes when I am wearing shorts with an elastic waist band and no pockets (or sweat pants), I will place my pump in a baby tube sock and safety-pin it to my underwear near the top. I can then carry my pump easily without it clunking around, and because the shorts have an elastic waist band, it is still easily accessible.

This is a really cool idea. I think it is great that apple is comming out with cool new things to help people manage their diabetes.

This is a great idea. If this was something that was out on the market I would try it out. I like the all in one idea and using a smart phone to capture and release info to other devices.

This idea is great but most (if not all) meter/insulin pump companies don't share reading information or just allow you to communicate with their device. I wish they would. But they want to make money too. For example try getting numbers from your pump to talk with, or use, another reading format. Close to impossible.

Hopefully something like this will be possible. But I could see medtronic have an application like this. BUT do you want your readings sent by WIFI? What if that info could be caught. HIPPA rules are going to have to be changed for this advancing technologies
