Just started on the Dexcom yesterday and really love it. Watched a couple of your videos today and the first minute you came on a bit strong! As I continued to watch I found your comments very helpful in learning more about the Dexcom sensor and agree with many of your comments re the pros and cons of this sensor. Your "big" delivery is great, I actually enjoy it now! Thanks for sharing this important info on the sensor.

I agree sooo much! I've become such a more joyful person because of all the times I have had to CHOOSE to be joyful in the midst of illness, lows, highs, etc. I have also become more naturally patient and accepting of others because I've been forced to accept myself in all my many states of sugar-level. I've told myself enough times that "It's not the end of the world. It's just a low, and it will go away soon," that I'm starting to believe this about every inconvenient thing in my life! So ra ra to lessons learned and letting this disease change me for the better.

Brilliant in so many ways. The due diligence about your own body may well be the first time I have heard anyone mix those ideas. But the real remarkable think here is attitude.

Thanks.

So true! I do feel like diabetes has improved my outlook! You don't take things for granted. You are so right about having an instant connection with others in the "diabetes boat"!
