Hi My name is Michelle.  I am 31 years old.  I have Cerebral Palsy.  I cannot walk so I use a wheel-chair to get around.  I was diagnosis with Type 1 Diabetes when I was 22 years old.  I am on an insulin Pump.  I like to read, swim, and hang out with friends.
