I love westerns and cowboys. I am an artist by trade, but I work a couple of jobs to make ends meet. Happily married for 30 years. I was dx'ed as a Type 1 diabetic 10/4/05. It came as a 100% shock. No one in my family had diabetes, and here I was at age 48, being told "surprise", you are a diabetic.
