It's to get people with diabetes on the same page for one day (time) and test together. Then do some exercise and test again. Promoting some good diabetes habits on World Diabetes Day.

My blood sugar at 2pm : 101 mg/dl
My blood sugar after activity ( 14 minuetes ) : 86 mg/dl
and now I am goin' to eat lunch !!
I deserve it!! xD

Test 91 then split firewood with wedge and maul, test again 65. happy wdd
