My 5 year old has been in gymnastics for 8 wks. During her last two classes she has been going low. I'm wondering if there are any "good" snacks I can give her before class. You know, the ones where carbs take a while to burn. Are there any tricks I can use now that she's out running around and working out?? THANKS!! | |
