Okay here is my problem. My family is going on vacation to Las Vegas next week and as always when we are there the whole family goes skydiving. This will be the first year that I go that I have an insulin pump. Before I was doing the shot thing so I did not have to worry about anything but now I worry. I do not know what to do about my pump. How tomake sure it stay protected when I jump from the aircraft at 15,000 feet?
The skydiving place offered to lock it up in a safe for me, but I don't think it will be a good idea to be disconnected from my pump for that long. My Endo said that it would be okay to go but gave no idea as to how to protect my pump. Anyone has any ideas I leave next week Tue.

There are a few members on Tudiabetes that I know SkyDive. Would you like me to ask one of them for you? | |

Yes Bill thank you. I really would not want to miss out on that feeling that you get jumping at 15,000 feet. But safety comes first. ![]()
