So....I got my omnipod like a week ago and its been such a relief!!!! I go to class and i dont have to worry about injections when I'm in a 3 hour lab or 8 hour clinicals!!!!! Its been awesome!! So yeah....if you got any tricks lemme know!!! | |

I totally hear you about the labs and clinicals. I had to split my nursing assistant clinicals in half (when I was in that program, I'm not now). The first half I didn't have my pump, the second half I did. It was like day and night. The half that I had my pump was SO much easier, plus I got to try out a CGMS as well. It was so awesome. In school it's easier too, even when I have to check my blood sugar. I don't use an OmniPod, but for insulin pumps in general...YEAH! | |
