You know of all people I would think "I" would have a name for my meter.  I have a name for everything else.  But my meter I don't.  I think it might be, because went it give me bad numbers we don't talk after.  :-)  LOL

I've called my Minimed pump "Capn' Ears" because it's an anagrams for pancreas. Silly but I like it lol. I don't have a name for anything else though :/

lol the pump name my daughter came up with totally by accident one day while making fun of some family members on my dads side of the family. We are Irish and so forth and she made fun of one of my cousins. We laughed good and hard when she asked "What does Mike (My cousin) do for a living?" I told her "He fixes machinary valves and things like that" Of course she asks "Whats that?" My simple explanation was that "At Grandmas house they have well water and its pumped out of the ground. The machine that gets the water from the ground  has a valve, and if it broke, Mike could fix it." She said "Oh he fixes stuff so well we should call him Pumpy McPumperstein!!!!" Very hillarious coming from a 5yr old (at that time) and was made funnier by the fact that Mike couldnt fix something if his life depended on it. Ironic aint it?!?!?!?! So it stuck around for a year or so until I started on a pump. One day I got reminded of that and I thought "How appropriate!!!!"
