I just wanted to share another readout from my CGM, this time for 24 hours.
Notice all my sugars are between the two dotted lines. That means nothing above 120 and nothing below 60. This is pretty much a normal day for me. I didnt starve myself or anything, in fact I ate quite a bit.
This type of control is difficult even for non-diabetics. So how do I do it? Low Carb! Specifically the paleo diet and it is easier then you think to achieve this.

I don't know very much about the Paleo Diet. Is it reasonable? I guess what I mean by that is, are the recipes easy to put together. Some low carb diets have meal plans that have difficult to find items. Any good sources of information concerning this diet? Thanks.

I'm sure that paleo is an effective way of helping to manage diabetes, and I do not have a CGM, but I can tell you that I eat pretty much the opposite diet -- vegan -- and I test 8-10 times a day and I keep my sugars below 120 always (my blood sugar feels high when it hits 120), and my a1c was 5.7 last check (it was lower before, but I've been trying to raise it after suffering some serious lows). So, although it's a fine way and you seem to be doing very well, it's not the only way!!
